Description

Join us on Sunday, September 12 as we celebrate the grand opening of the new Eurasian Eagle Owl exhibit.

The approximately 1,060-square-foot exhibit will be home to two of the Zoo’s Eurasian Eagle Owls. The new exhibit provides an enhanced environment for the birds as well as a better visitor experience with increased visibility for bird-watchers. The exhibit is located just south of the previous Eagle Owl enclosure.

Description

Located along the Red Cedar River, this 100 acre park features the county zoological park with over 400 different animals species, plus playground, picnic areas, pony and camel rides, petting zoo, gardens and more. Per vehicle parking fee; zoo admission fee. Year round family experience with tours, Halloween Zoo Boo and Christmas lights.
