Michigan State University College of Law will host “Gardens…From The Backyard to Rooftops,” an exhibit featuring the photography of Chicago artist Brad Temkin. The event will run from Jan. 9, 2012 through April 2012.

A meet-and-greet with Temkin will be held on Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 at 5 p.m. in the 4th floor atrium of the Law College building. Temkin will also be discussing his featured work at a public forum on Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. in room 473 of the Law College.

The exhibit explores two series of photography by Temkin—Private Places and Rooftop: The Rise of Living Architecture.
The Private Places series focuses on the garden as an oasis for people to enjoy in their personal time. It explores the expression of individuality that private gardens display and the escape for the mind they provide.
