About REO Eats: REO Eats is an experiment to see if a diner can be launched from blank canvas to open for business within 90 days by using social media to determine the entire concept. We’ll pose different questions asking for ideas, input and feedback on topics related to the creation of a new eatery. One week we might focus on the theme, the next maybe a name and brand identity, then menu ideas and so on until the restaurant is ready to launch. There are absolutely no preconceived notions about the final outcome.
