About Joe Manzella:

Joe Manzella first came to the Lansing area from Shelby Township, MI, as a freshman at Michigan State University (MSU).  He worked for two years as the System Planner for the Capital Area Transportation Authority before taking a new position at the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP, Inc.) in May of 2010. At LEAP, Joe coordinates and accelerates regional prosperity initiatives on a  community-asset based approach to economic development, while also working with local governments to better coordinate services.
