The Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA), in cooperation with the Lansing Area Safety Council, will once again offer curb-to-curb transportation on New Year’s Eve. “CATA is committed to providing safe transportation on New Year’s Eve. The Safe Ride Home program has served the community for over 25 years and we hope people will take advantage of this service to make it safer on the roads for all,” stated CATA’s CEO/Executive Director Sandy Draggoo. CATA averages approximately 250 rides each year with the Safe Ride Home program.

A recap of The Arts Council's signature fundraising event!! Holiday Glitter has been an annual tradition for more than 30 years. Held each December, Holiday Glitter is an evening of live entertainment, networking, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, delicious desserts and coffees. More than 35 corporate sponsors, 40 patrons and 300 individuals support this highly anticipated event each year. All proceeds support the mission of the Arts Council and are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
