Biggby Coffee, founded by "Biggby" Bob Fish and Mary Roszel, when they opened a small coffee shop in East Lansing right next to Crunchy's. Now some 15 years later, Biggby has over 100 stores, and growing all across America.
We sat down with Bob and Mary and learned about their early decision making to get the store going, what they recommend to young entrepreneurs, and what they are doing now to use social networking media to get the Biggby brand out all across the USA!
And, we met Chris Johnson, founder of On Target Living in Haslett, who has dedicated his life to helping people make simple changes to their eating and lifestyles to help fight the national obesity problem. Chris has written several books, makes national speeches and presentations on the subject of food and wellness, and has made a positive difference in community by working with Auto Owners, Jackson National Life, Michigan Millers, and many others in Lansing, as well as Detroit, Minneapolis, and many other major areas.
